Trail terre de feu - Turckheim 2027

The Trail Terre de Feu begins at the Porte de Munster in Turckheim, Haut-Rhin. The main 30K race starts on a Sunday morning in February. This longest route is a demanding early-season trail run: 30 km with 1,400 m of elevation gain, earning it the local nickname “The Integral.” The course ascends to the Grand Hohnack at 982 m, incorporates sections of the 12K and 20K routes, then descends toward Niedermorschwihr before concluding through Turckheim's streets. Aid stations are located at Chapelle des Frères (around 13 km) and Obschel (around 19.5 km), with additional support at the finish. Time checks are positioned at 8 km and 22.5 km. The race's name originates from a local dragon legend, fitting for a winter trail that organizers describe as scenic yet very challenging.
