The 7 d'honneur urban trail race takes place in Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne, organized by the local association 7 d'honneur. The course guides participants through significant locations within the commune, deviating from a standard road circuit. Its most recent running saw all 800 available places filled in just a few weeks.
The event includes more than just adult participants; 160 children registered on the day of the race for circuits tailored to their age groups. A substantial number of spectators attended, and volunteers successfully managed the course without any reported injuries or traffic disruptions. Funds generated by the event are directed to Brillons tous avec Soan, an organization that supports the family of an 8-year-old child facing muscular development disorders.
