Trails du Layon is a one-day trail running event held in the Layon wine country of Maine-et-Loire, France, centered in Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay within the Pays de la Loire region. It typically takes place near the end of September and offers three off-road courses: approximately 16, 28, and 45 km (some sources list them as 18, 29, and 46 km).
The shorter courses traverse Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay and Beaulieu-sur-Layon, while the longest route includes Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné. Participants will run along vineyard and nature paths, passing through areas with local designations like Bonnes Blanches, L'Hyrôme, Coteau des Martyrs, Chaume, Grand Beauvais, and Moulin Guérin. Courir en Layon organizes the race, donating one euro from each registration fee to Des ballons pour grandir, an organization supporting children with cancer.
