Transbeaujolaise is a mountain-bike and walking event held at the Salle Polyvalente in Le Perréon, a village in France's Beaujolais region. It takes place in late October and is organized by La Bécane Club Perréonnaise. The rides and walks are non-timed, focusing on covering hilly ground with fellow outdoor enthusiasts rather than achieving an official result. Entries are limited to 800 participants, maintaining its character as a local club event.
The main VTT route covers 55.6 km with 1,689 m of climbing, reaching a maximum elevation of 765 m. Both the start and finish are at the village sports hall, with riders completing a loop through the surrounding hills. The event has been held for over thirty years, and a practical tradition is the option to combine the Saturday event with the Sunday event at a reduced price.
