Ultra Beaujolais Villages Trail - 26 km 2026

The Ultra Beaujolais Villages Trail 26 km is a trail race held in Le Perreon, within the Rhône department of the Beaujolais region, taking place in late September. This event is part of a larger trail running weekend that offers short, middle, marathon, and ultra-distance races. The 26 km race is one option within a series that also includes 9 km, 13 km, 42 km, 63 km, and 84 km events. The routes have been redesigned for this year's edition. The overall event covers a range of elevation gains, from 350 m on the shortest races up to 4,200 m on the Extra BVT. Start times are staggered throughout the weekend, featuring a night race, afternoon events for shorter distances, midday starts for the Maxi and Mara BVT, and a 4 a.m. start for the longest option. This marks the event's 15th year, and the organizer has stated there is capacity for all participants.
