Val durance trail - Peyruis 2027

Val Durance Trail is a trail race held in Peyruis, located in the Durance valley of southeastern France. The event features several off-road distances: 10 km, 22 km, and 35 km. It has rapidly expanded beyond the organizers' initial expectations. The courses were updated for the recent edition, with 270 participants starting, representing a 65% increase from the prior year. Registrations continued until the final moments, even with an unfavorable weather outlook, prompting organizers to provide additional bibs for the 10 km and 22 km races. On the 35 km course, Émilien Schiavo of TRACS Sisteron secured victory for the second time, finishing in 3h03'19", ahead of Ali Gharehgheibi, a familiar face on local podiums.
