Blast 5K @ The Meadows Series 6 2026

Blast 5K @ The Meadows Series 6 is a mid-week 5K held in Edinburgh’s Meadows, starting at East Meadows Play Park on Melville Drive. The course is flat, fast, officially measured, and licensed, making it suitable for runners aiming for a personal best as well as those seeking a simple 5K. Blast Running Events organizes this series. It welcomes beginners, club runners, and children aged 11 and over. Registration is exclusively online. Awards are presented to the top male and female finishers in each age group.
