Brampton Trail Run 2027

Brampton Trail Run is a 7 km trail race on the edge of Brampton in Cumbria, starting and finishing at The Sands. It takes place early in the new year as a single-lap, mostly off-road event, with a field limit of 250 places and a minimum race age of 16. The route can be muddy, so trail shoes are recommended. The course goes through fields, woodland, trails and farmland, with a short road section. It is undulating, with hills followed by descents, and there are no distance markers, though there is a water station at 3 miles. Finishers receive a bespoke medal and free downloadable race photos, while prizes are awarded to the first three male and female open finishers and the winners of each age group.
