EPRC 5K race

A fast, flat, one-lap course on rural lanes around Capenhurst. This closed roads race remembers Ellesmere Port RC athlete Neil Lavery and is one of the north west's fastest 5ks. A prize is offered for a new course record. Finish strong and enjoy free ice cream.
