Orwell Challenge

The Orwell Challenge is a Suffolk race series held at Gainsborough Sports Centre in Ipswich, with the event hub at postcode IP3 0SP. Runners can choose a marathon, a half marathon, or an ultra, offering flexibility for those seeking a long trail-style effort without a fixed distance for all participants. The route follows the Orwell estuary, providing the race with a distinct local character instead of a standard road loop. The Rotary Club of Ipswich East and Time My Race co-organise the challenge.
