PHOENIX - Doughnut Dash is an annual timed running event along the River Thames, built around laps, distance choice, and doughnuts. Runners use a 5.3 km out-and-back lap, and the format lets them stop after one lap or keep going toward 10k, half marathon, marathon, or ultra distance within the time limit.
One lap is enough to count as a finisher, which makes the event accessible to beginners as well as runners chasing a longer day out. The race usually sells out months ahead, and its finishers' medals are a significant draw: bespoke, double-sided, magnetic, and fitted with reversible ribbons.
