Pretty Muddy Stoke 2026

Pretty Muddy Stoke is a 5K mud-and-obstacle race held at Central Forest Park in Stoke, Staffordshire. It is part of the Race for Life series, featuring a main start in the morning and a shorter Pretty Mud Kids Race earlier in the day. The 5K course covers just over 3 miles, but the focus is not on speed. Runners climb, crawl, and slide through muddy obstacles at their own pace, with an average finish time of around an hour. Participants can enter individually or with friends and family, and the event raises money for cancer research.
