Race For Life Watford

Pretty Muddy Watford is a 5k obstacle course at Cassiobury Park in Watford, with the start area around WD18 7LG. The route is just over 3 miles, and the race is built around muddy climbs, crawls, and slides rather than chasing a fast time. It is open to ages 13 and over, starts in staggered waves at 15-minute intervals, and an average finish can be around an hour, though there is no time pressure. The course starts and finishes on grass and is largely flat, using tree-lined paths and grass avenues inside the park. Marshals help at the obstacles, and runners can skip one if they need to, which makes it more forgiving than a hard-core obstacle race. The day also includes on-site facilities, fundraising support, a finisher medal, and a Pretty Mud Kids Race for younger participants.
