The Regents Park 10K is a chip-timed 10k run held entirely within Regent's Park in London. Races commence at 09:00 on the first Sunday of every month. The course is traffic-free and officially measured, featuring a predominantly flat profile with minor undulations, making it suitable for those aiming for a fast time and individuals new to the 10k distance. The primary 10k race follows tarmac paths and roads. Additionally, the event incorporates a 2 Mile Fun Run and an approximate 700m Junior Run.
The 10k race consists of three laps, passing landmarks such as London Zoo, the boating lake, Regent's Park Broad Walk, and the Money Fountain. The course is equipped with kilometre markers, marshals, a water station, and a baggage area. Finishers receive complimentary photos and a bespoke medal. Trophies and prizes are available for leading runners, while the event welcomes a diverse field including club runners, beginners, families, and junior participants on the same race morning.
