Round Reading Ultra Marathon 2026

The Round Reading Ultra Marathon is a 50 km ultramarathon circling Reading in Berkshire, England. It begins and concludes at the Berkshire County Sports Ground in Sonning. The event takes place in late July, featuring a multi-terrain route that covers the town's built-up areas and green spaces, rather than being solely on roads or trails. The course combines flat sections along river and canal towpaths with undulating woodland trails, country lanes, and paths through Reading’s parks and open areas. One urban section showcases notable graffiti, offering a contrast to the calmer riverside and woodland parts. The race is chip-timed, fully signed, and included in the UTMB Index.
