Star Wars 50th Anniversary Marathon & Half Marathon 2027

The Star Wars 50th Anniversary Marathon & Half Marathon is a themed Enigma Running event held at the Premier Inn near Caldecotte Lake in Milton Keynes. It takes place over a June weekend, offering marathon and half marathon races on both days, all commencing at 08:30 following a required race briefing. The location is easily accessible from the A5 and M1; the organiser's clear instruction is to find the windmill. The race course consists of repeated clockwise laps around Caldecotte Lake: 7½ laps for the marathon (with a 50k option available) and 3½ laps for the half marathon. Aid stations with water and toilets are positioned on each lap, fitting the contained nature of the lake circuit. The time limit for marathon participants is seven hours, and for half marathon runners, it is four hours. The event adheres to 100 Marathon Club regulations, includes a starter, timekeeper, and race referee, and awards each finisher a distinctive custom medal.
