The 7 Deadly Sins 7in7 is a seven-day running challenge held at Pengethley Manor near Ross-on-Wye, featuring one race each day for seven consecutive days. Participants select their daily distance from 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon, or ultra, and have seven hours to complete their chosen distance. The entire course is off-road within the manor grounds, utilizing 2.5 km laps. This means the 5k covers two laps, with longer distances requiring repeated circuits. The route is not flat; it incorporates a recurring hill section and a stretch of ups and downs through two vineyards. Each day is distinct with its own name and an 80 mm medal, awarding participants seven different medals upon completion of all seven days.
