The Big Santa Dash Fun Run, 10k and Half Marathon for CancerCare 2026

The Big Santa Dash is a Christmas road-race day in Lancaster, starting from 3-1-5 Health Club on Mannin Way. It offers runners three distances: a 1.5-mile Big Santa Dash Fun Run, the Christmas Cracker 10K, and the Turkey Trot Half Marathon. Entry starts from £10 per person, and the Fun Run also offers family tickets, making the shortest route suitable for groups as well as individual runners. The event is run annually with Lancaster Races and raises money for CancerCare, with a percentage of proceeds going to the charity. Every participant receives a special T-shirt and medal. The festive theme continues into the half marathon prize draw, where prizes include turkeys, nut roasts, and Santa hats.
