The Ultra Loop - Delamere 2026

The Ultra Loop - Delamere is an 8-hour looped ultramarathon held in Delamere Forest, Cheshire. Participants will run a circuit of approximately 6 km repeatedly, aiming to complete as many loops as possible within the time limit. The event takes place in October and offers a flexible distance format, allowing runners to finish after any number of loops or continue for the entire duration without a set maximum distance. The course features mixed terrain, primarily gravel roads and easy woodland trails within the forest. All participants receive an official finishing time and a medal, regardless of the loops completed, making the format accessible for less experienced runners and those aiming for a significant ultra distance. Bibs are available for collection on race morning. The entry fee is £34. Runners aged 12 to 15 require parental or guardian involvement and presence, and those under 12 are not permitted to participate.
