Első Maratronman Charity BridgeRun

Egyetemisták Parkja, found on the Buda side of Petőfi Bridge near the ELTE Lágymányosi Campus, is the starting and finishing point for the first Első Maratronman Charity BridgeRun. This event benefits Adom Alapítvány, with proceeds going directly to the charity. The goal is to raise awareness for the cause while encouraging people to exercise together around "Budapest’s beautiful bridges." The initial route is a compact city loop, beginning and ending in the park, and crosses both Rákóczi Bridge and Petőfi Bridge. It’s designed so runners can find a challenge matching their fitness level. The BridgeRun series expands by adding a bridge with each subsequent event, offering both longer courses and shorter options. Pre-registered finishers earn a unique commemorative medal, and runners are encouraged to collect all the limited BridgeRun series medals while supporting a good cause.
