XIX. Motherson Szigetköz Félmaraton

Kapucinus utca and the UFM Arena anchor the XIX. Motherson Szigetköz Félmaraton, a club-style road running event in the Szigetköz tradition. This is the nineteenth edition, described as a “continuation of the tradition of the Szigetköz Minimarathon and Half Marathon races,” with Strucc Futóklub maintaining a local focus. The event offers practical runner amenities: changing facilities, toilets, showers, bag drop at the arena, chip timing, and an SMS result upon finishing. It is also part of the Olimpiai Ötpróba series, where the run serves as an “opportunity to earn points.” Finishers receive a technical shirt, a surprise gift, and a unique medal. A short kids’ run for those seven and under is also included, welcoming families.
