4 Piazze Running is a 5 km road race held in Piacenza in late November. The certified city-centre course is organized by Atletica Piacenza and Italpose, with Cavalli square as the start and finish.
The route starts with a 200-metre out-and-back section. Runners then complete three laps linking four central squares: Cavalli, Borgo, Sant Antonino, and Duomo. The men's race has been won by Giuseppe Gravante in 14:22, with seven men finishing under 15 minutes. Giulia Aprile won the women's race in 16:33, setting a new record from 16:58.
