Trail del Cinghiale 2026

Trail del Cinghiale is an autumn trail running event based in Palazzuolo sul Senio, in Tuscany’s Province of Florence. Runners head onto mountain and forest paths, with race options from 13 km up to 100 km; the main listed distances include 20 km with 1,041 m of climbing, 35 km with 1,789 m, 50 km with 2,814 m, and 100 km with more than 5,000 m. It is part of the UTMB Index, and some listings also call it Trail du Sanglier. The course is built for people who are comfortable with rough ground, long climbs, and uncertain autumn weather. Organizers warn that November can bring snow, rain, mud, or full sun, so conditions may change the feel of the race completely. The 100 km version is listed as a single loop and has drawn more than 100 starters in a previous edition, while shorter distances give trail runners a way into the same mountain setting without committing to the full ultra.
