Uci Mountain Bike Marathon World Championships - Mythos Primiero Dolomiti

Fiera di Primiero, in Italy’s Trentino-Alto Adige region, hosts the Mythos Primiero Dolomiti MTB Marathon in September. This off-road mountain bike marathon is linked to the UCI Mountain Bike Marathon World Championships, with Pedali di Marca as organizer. Riders choose between a hard 82 km Marathon route with 3,500 meters of climbing and a shorter Classic route of 55.7 km with 2,280 meters of climbing. Recent editions of the event have been documented on video. Its slogan, “create myths about yourself,” suits a race focused on long climbs, Dolomite terrain, and mountain-bike endurance over a fast road-style course.
