Tre Valli Varesine is a one-day men's road cycling race held in the province of Varese, northern Italy. It is part of the UCI ProSeries and is included in the Trittico Lombardo series alongside Coppa Agostoni and Coppa Bernocchi. The name refers to three local valleys: Valcuvia, Valganna, and Valceresio. The race was first held in 1919, and a women's elite race has been contested concurrently since 2021.
This event is typically a point-to-point road race, not a stage race. An exception occurred in 1955 when it was contested as a 100 km time trial, won by Fausto Coppi. The roster of past winners lends the race significant Italian cycling prestige, featuring cyclists like Gino Bartali, Coppi, Fiorenzo Magni, Gastone Nencini, Gianni Motta, Francesco Moser, Giuseppe Saronni, Gianni Bugno, Claudio Chiappucci, and Vincenzo Nibali. In a pandemic year when the three Trittico Lombardo races could not be held individually, organizers combined them into a single Gran Trittico Lombardo, incorporating locations linked to all three original events.
