The half marathon follows the standard 21.097 km distance. Participants start with a 6 km loop through the town center before proceeding towards the Bufalara area and the seafront road. The 10 km participants diverge around the third kilometer, taking Strada Sant Andrea towards the finish line. The UISP, in conjunction with the Municipality of Sabaudia, organizes the race, which is a fixture in the local autumn road-racing schedule, preceding the Marathon of Latina.
