Leersumse Veld Trail

アメルスフォールトでの練習の話

アメルスフォールトでは、2026年に市中心部から80 km以内で51件のHalf Marathonレースが開催されます。今後の日程、定期シリーズ、近隣のその他のレースをまとめて確認できます。

ここではみんな、ランニングはシンプルに考えてるよ。シューズ履いて、すぐ走り出す感じだね。Rondje Stadは定番の周回コースで、古い城壁に沿って走るルートだから、仕事前とか夕食後にちょうどいいんだ。Rondje Schothorstparkは100 metersごとに目印があるから、インターバル走の距離を測るのが楽だよ。Soesterduinenはもっと長いトレイルの雰囲気で、10 kmコースに加えて5 kmの青ルートと3 kmの黄ルートもあるんだ。Amersfoort Run Clubは毎週火曜の19:15にEempleinから集まって、だいたい6:30 min/kmくらいのペースで走ってるよ。Tante Trailは土曜日に女性限定のトレイルグループをやってるんだ。Marathon Amersfoortが一番大きなイベントだね。

サイクリストたちは旧市街からすぐ緑豊かな場所に出られるんだ。Eem Riverの道はZ2のベースマイルとか、軽く流すのにぴったりだよ。The Royal bicycle routeはBaarn、Paleis Soestdijk、Soesterduinen、それからEem沿いのポルダーを結んでるんだ。Around SpakenburgルートはArkemheen-Eemlandを通ってBunschoten-Spakenburgの方へ向かうんだ。Amersfoort Beer Routeは、地元でのんびり走るソーシャルライドにいいね。もしどこかのクラブに入りたいなら、TC Hooglandから始めてみるのもいいかもね。Utrechtse Heuvelrugに行けばヒルクライムができるし、Amerongse bergはDe Proloogの近くで69 metersまで登れるよ。
