Borderride 400 2026

The Borderride 400 begins in Epen, located in the Dutch province of Limburg. It challenges riders with a route of approximately 400 km, tracing the outer border of the Benelux region. As a component of the Grenspalenklassieker series, it caters to bikepackers seeking an ultra-distance challenge over a shorter sportive. Participants can select either a road or gravel configuration, with the option to complete the course across two days or in a single, extended day. The course crosses border country, incorporating a blend of gravel tracks, MTB paths, and paved roads. The one-day version is noted to be around 370 km with approximately 6,000 meters of elevation gain. Bram Tankink developed the route and has been present to greet participants.
