Broekhuis Lageveldtoer graveltocht

The Broekhuis Lageveldtoer graveltocht is a 90 km gravel ride starting at Recreatiepark Het Lageveld in Wierden, Overijssel, in the eastern Netherlands. Held in October and organized by ATV Ruiten Drie, the route is designed for gravel bikes and mixed-surface riding. Approximately 80% of the course is off-road, with only 200 meters of climbing, making the challenge focus on surface, rhythm, and distance rather than steep ascents. The ride crosses the countryside near Wierden, utilizing open fields and narrow rural paths within the Overijssel landscape. Participants receive practical support at the finish area, including showers, changing rooms, bike wash facilities, and secure bicycle parking. The event is listed on the Go Dare Gravel ride calendar. Pre-registration is less expensive than same-day sign-ups, with a small discount available for PLUS account holders.
