DiemerCross is an annual cross-country run held in the Diemerbos, a forest area in Diemen, North Holland, situated just outside Amsterdam. It is a small, off-road running event, distinct from a road race, featuring youth races and adult distances. The primary adult distances are the 5 km Korte Cross and the 8 km Lange Cross, with younger participants competing in the Jeugdcross and Kindercross.
The course winds through the Diemerbos, utilizing mostly unpaved paths. Mud, tree stumps, and other natural features contribute to its uneven terrain, differing from a flat park run. Distances are available for beginners, children, average runners, and more experienced cross-country runners. Race facilities are located at Manege De Eenhoorn, providing a convenient gathering point close to the course.
