This training run, featuring pacers, is for those preparing for a fall marathon or half marathon. Participants will complete multiple 5 km laps. Ten pace groups are available, ranging from 4'30"/km to 7'/km. An aid station will offer water, iced tea, sports drink, bananas, and melon after each lap.
