Gravel4AIR is a three-day gravel cycling event held in South Limburg, starting from Epen (Terziet) and Slenaken. Taking place in June, it provides 60 km, 100 km, and 150 km route choices, allowing participants to select a shorter or longer ride. The event structure features three stages, three countries, and three route variations, totaling over 3,000 meters of elevation gain for the complete distance.
The routes traverse gravel paths and cross-border trails through the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, with each day focusing on a different country for its primary challenge. This is more than a timed race or a physical assessment; participants also support a charitable cause, and the event is coordinated by Stichting Skate4AIR, incorporating Skate4AIR elements. The event emphasizes shared experience, participant support, outdoor exertion, and enjoyment, targeting riders seeking a demanding gravel adventure with a social mission.
