Heemstede Loop 2026

The Heemstede Loop is an annual running event held in Heemstede, near Haarlem. The start and finish area is located at Sportparklaan. Participants can select from a 1.5 km children’s run, a 5 km race, or a 10 km race. This variety accommodates young runners, local participants, and those seeking a longer run outside of a major city event. The route winds through Heemstede’s streets, local parks, and areas adjacent to the historic Heemsteeds Kanaal. SportSupport Kennemerland is the organizer, with the Hartekamp In Beweging club contributing to the community aspect. Club members train at De Hartekamp on Saturday mornings and utilize the race to fund additional sports activities and equipment, such as their goal to introduce softball.
