Last Man Standing at Lingezegen Run takes participants around the same 3 km loop in Park Lingezegen near Elst, with a new start every 20 minutes. The format is straightforward: complete the lap within the time limit to start again; return late and your race concludes. It begins late morning, continues until a set time in the afternoon, and is limited to 250 participants.
The loop is flat, entirely paved, and begins and ends at the same point, making the race a test of pacing and recovery rather than navigation. Any time remaining within each 20-minute interval serves as rest, meaning a 16-minute lap allows four minutes for hydration, changing attire, or refueling before the next circuit. Water, restrooms, medical support, and chip timing are available, and participants may bring their own provisions and extra clothing. Should multiple runners remain after the final lap, the first to cross the finish line wins, with awards for the top three male and female finishers.
