Regge Survival 2026

Regge Survival is a muddy youth survival run in Nijverdal, Overijssel, featuring water obstacles, team entries, and distances of approximately 5 to 7 kilometers. Scheduled for June, the event targets children and teenagers aged 4 to 17. Teams are often formed by family members or classmates, rather than individuals running alone. The course offers three distances and requires participants to navigate obstacles, water, mud, and the teamwork essential for survival running. Nijverdalse Atletiek- en Survivalvereniging Atletics organizes the event. The day also includes club championships for Atletics youth. Previous editions have attracted nearly 3,000 young participants, with a volunteer crew so substantial that organizers actively seek local assistance to ensure the race's success.
