Sterke Start Loop 2026

The Sterke Start Loop begins early morning next to the Willem-Alexander Baan in Zevenhuizen, near Rotterdam. Participants can select 5, 10, or 20 kilometers, with the longest distance starting first, followed by the shorter races later in the morning. This is a charity run with a limit of 1,000 participants; late registration is not available. The course uses paved paths alongside the water and through wooded areas. The 20km distance incorporates dirt paths and additional forest running. Participants include men, women, and Business Run teams, with a uniform entry fee for all main distances. The event supports babies born premature, too small, or sick. A 1 km Kidsrun is also part of the program for younger children.
