Sterrato Sallandia by Riesewijk& de MEET

Sterrato Sallandia begins and ends in Deventer, Overijssel, offering 45 km and 110 km gravel cycling routes. It is designed for riders seeking an off-road day on a gravel bike, with the course avoiding asphalt and concentrating on unpaved paths in the Salland region. The route crosses the Salland countryside, incorporating a short section of Twente. It features gravel paths, undulating terrain, and expansive fields near Deventer. Organizers Riesewijk and Fietslokaal De Meet have substantially updated the course, with approximately 80 percent of the paths altered, ensuring the ride utilizes new terrain. Support is provided during the event, but the primary appeal is a dedicated gravel route through the landscapes of eastern Netherlands.
