The Valkenburg Half Marathon routes through the hilly landscape and nature areas around Valkenburg aan de Geul, forming one big loop. It features a challenging climb of the Keutenberg with a 22 percent gradient. Start and finish are at Theodoor Dorrenplein, with a prize for the fastest Keutenberg climber.
