Westerwolde ATB tocht

The Westerwolde ATB tour is an off-road mountain bike event held in Sellingen, located in the Westerwolde region of the Netherlands. Organized by TFC de Windhappers, this yearly ride typically takes place in late October. Participants can select between 30 km or 50 km routes, with departures scheduled from 09:00 to 10:00. The courses are marked and mostly flat, featuring a single aid station for each distance. Helmets are mandatory. The facilities are geared towards practical autumn riding conditions, offering showers, changing rooms, washing areas, a bike wash, secure bike storage, Scan & Go check-in, and bike rentals. An earlier edition was canceled because of the route being deemed unrideable given anticipated rain and wind, highlighting that this local forest and off-road course's condition is weather-dependent.
