The Wim van Beek Crossloop is a cross-country race held in the forest near Klarenbeek, within the municipality of Voorst in Gelderland. It takes place on the second day of Christmas, providing local runners an opportunity to be active after the holiday. The event features 1, 5, 8, and 10 km distances. The shortest race is for youth, while the longer distances are open to men and women. Participants can run individually or in teams.
The start and finish line are located at Sportpark De Pauw. The course winds through the wooded area surrounding Klarenbeek, avoiding city streets. This race has been organized annually since 1980 and is named in honor of Wim van Beek, a past chairman associated with the event. It attracts a local field; one running saw a record 611 participants, and another year the limit was set at 500. Late registration is permitted, aligning with the practical, community-focused atmosphere of a holiday cross run.
