Zoomer Wantijrun Dordrecht 2026

The Zoomer Wantijrun is a summer evening road race in Dordrecht, set against the Wantij waterway. Participants can select from 5 km, 10 km, or 16.1 km distances, with the longest route equivalent to 10 English miles. A 5 km business run is also offered. This marks the eighth edition of the race, organized by Fortius, and participation is limited to 1,400 runners; all available bibs were sold out 18 days after registration opened. The race begins at Halmaheiraplein 35, at the athletics track in Dordrecht, and proceeds along paved roads. It is designed for local club runners, company teams, and recreational runners seeking an evening race distinct from a large-city marathon atmosphere. Fortius is affiliated with the Atletiekunie. The facilities provided include changing rooms, showers, massage services, first aid, an AED, and parking. Following the finish, a prize ceremony will take place, with winners receiving awards. All participants will be given a medal, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit DrechtStadLoop and Stichting Debster's.
