Dølisjøen Rundt is a local race day at Slåstad in Sør-Odal, centered on Dølisjøen lake. It includes running, cycling, walking, and horse riding, with timed and untimed recreational options. Slåstad idrettslag organizes the event, with Oppstad idrettslag assisting with running and Odal SK with cycling. The cycling program features Odal sykleklubb’s club championship, youth classes over 12 km and 20 km, and a 20 km timed recreational cycling class.
The main route circles Dølisjøen, with a 12 km course for competitive runners and recreational participants seeking the full loop. A shorter recreational route of approximately 4 km runs from Dølisjøvegen to Langnes and back through the forest. Horse riders start separately. Walkers, runners, cyclists, and recreational riders can participate without timing and register on the event day. The field is predominantly local, with participants from clubs like Beastmode, Galterud IF, Odal Skiklubb, Odal FK, and Slåstad IL. The race, approaching its fiftieth edition, recently saw 215 participants.
