Explo Ekstrem Race

Explo Ekstrem Race is an Arctic trail-running series held at Snarbyeidet, offering 25 km and 50 km distances for participants seeking challenging terrain over paved surfaces. The event's character is defined by its northern landscape: steep trails, open mountain expanses, and routes designed for rugged outdoor running rather than a flat, quick course. The routes include difficult ascents on Sherpatrappa, leading to the La Sportiva Ultraløpet and La Sportiva HalvUltraløpet across mountains and high plateaus. Dalheim Rundt provides a more accessible option for families, and some of the tougher races descend through Tromsdalen to the finish at TUIL Arena.
