Hålandsheia Rundt is a 12 km running race in Mandal, Agder, starting from Frøysland school and heading into the hilly ground of Hålandsheia. It is run as a late-season test, with the local write-up describing it as the race that closes the running season.
Mandal og Halse IL-Friidrett organizes the race, and the field is local and club-heavy rather than huge; one recent start line had 74 runners. The course is short enough to race hard but tough enough that the hills matter, with winning times around 47 minutes for the men and just under an hour among the fastest women and age-group leaders.
