Kambomila

Kambomila is a mass-start local race held at Noreødegården in Moss, typically taking place on a Wednesday evening in late August. Participants can select either a 10.2 km or a 5.8 km distance, accommodating both individuals assessing their fitness and those seeking a shorter race. The start and finish lines are both situated at Noreødegården, with the course returning to its original path through Mossemarka. Kambomila is included in Mossekarusellen, a race series now in its 44th year, attracting a local participant base rather than a large turnout; approximately 150 individuals competed last year. Series leader Ellen Måleng Tingstad has expressed hope that the race will encourage people to resume running.
