Kongsvegløpet 2027

Kongsvegløpet is a 24 km classic-technique ski race in Sør-Aurdal in Valdres. The route runs from Hellebekken to Åsemyra Skistadion near Bagn. It is set up for both serious racers and a slower trim/family class. Families can start in the late morning without timing, while the competition field starts together at noon and is split into men’s and women’s age groups from 17 up to 60+. The course uses the Hellebekken side of the area, including Vestbygdvegen, then finishes at Åsemyra ski stadium, about 10 km south of Bagn. Begna IL organizes the race. Drinks are served around the 10 km mark and at the finish. Prizes go to the top three in each competition class. The race has been run more than three dozen times and is part of Kongsvegtrippelen, sitting inside a broader local series.
