Neskollen Frontyard

Neskollen Frontyard is a small ultra race held in Neskollen, Akershus, utilizing a mostly flat 3 km loop. Hvam IL Athletics is the organizer. The format begins with a requirement to finish the initial lap within 30 minutes, followed by progressively stricter time limits for subsequent laps. Shorter race options are also available, including 3 km and 15 km distances, and Knøtteyard provides a 2 x 1 km event for younger participants. Runner rankings are determined by the number of laps completed within the allotted time, making the race more about sustained effort than a single finish line. A family competition is included, with the "Ultra family" title awarded to the family accumulating the most completed laps.
