Nesodden på langs is a trail race on Norway’s Nesodden peninsula, offering three point-to-point distances that conclude at Berger stadion. The Hardhausen, the longest route at approximately 13.4 km, begins at Myklerud in Fagerstrand. Styrkeprøven, about 6 km, starts at Gaupefjell in Fjell, and Bønnpine, a 3 km course, originates from Torgård. All three races commence at noon, creating a unified race day rather than staggered starts.
The courses are marked, eliminating the need for self-navigation, though a map and GPX file are provided for reference of starts, aid stations, and bus pick-up points. The finish area logistics are important as buses will transport runners from Berger stadion to the Hardhausen and Styrkeprøven starting points; seats are limited and reserved during registration. The event attracts nearly 400 participants across all distances, with the Hardhausen alone seeing over 200 starters, establishing it as both a community trail event and a competitive race.
