Ørsjødilten, also listed as RSJ-DILT, is a Sunday trail race based at Prestebakke Samfunnshus near Halden in Norway. Idd Sportsklubb organizes it, and the setup is simple: runners collect bibs at the community house, every class starts at noon, and the program ranges from short children's distances of 0.5 km, 1 km, and 2 km up to 5 km, 8 km, and a half marathon on terrain.
The race is described locally as the oldest recreational running event in the Halden district, with course maps published for the 5 km, 8 km, and 21 km routes. The 5 km starts from Prestebakke, and the community house also provides changing rooms and showers. Results are tracked separately for men and women over 5 km, 8 km, and 21 km, while the prize table keeps a club-race feel: the best man and woman in the half marathon get a challenge trophy, the top three in each class receive prizes, finishers get medals, and gift prizes are drawn by start number.
