BiegamBoLubię LASY in Szpęgawsk offers a 5 km run as its main event. Shorter races are also available: 300 m for participants with disabilities and children up to age 7, and 600 m SportGeneracja races for children aged 8-11 and 12-15. The shorter races conclude with awards before the main 5 km event. Participants will complete a group warm-up before the 5 km race. Awards for the 5 km runners will be presented in the afternoon.
